 Having previously worked as an NHS maternity theatre practioner and having had an AMAZINGLY positive caesarian birth experience myself, I am very experienced and extremely passionate about teaching hypnobirthing tools for ALL births especially BELLY BIRTHS!!!.

What will I gain?

This course has been designed to massively improve your chances of having a

positive Caesarian birth experience.

Maybe you have been recommended to have a c-section for medical reasons or perhaps you have chosen a c-section to be the best type of birth for you, this workshop will support you in feeling READY and RELAXED. Together you will learn that you have SO many choices to ensure your caesarian birth feels positive, enjoyable and empowering.

A bespoke One to One Course completed at a time and place to suit you* dependant on location. 

£150 LIVE ZOOM COURSE DELIVERED OVER TWO SESSIONS (5 hours in total).
