Take some well deserved time out from life as a busy mum, to enjoy an just over an hour of rest and relaxation just for YOU! Whether your baby is 8 days old or 18 years old this class is for you! This mums relaxation class includes: A warm drink and tasty treat for you Relaxing breathwork activity A themed self care activity just for YOU! A guided relaxation, to calm and rejuvenate your body and mind A little gift from me to you! "The best way to care for a new baby is to take care of their mother" *Please note this session is just for the mums and NOT for babies :)
