This ticket includes you and one birth partner of your choice to attend an in person one day group hypnobirthing course 10am - 4pm. Over the course of the day we will leave no stone left unturned, when it comes to preparing you and your birth partner for labour and birth. You will learn practical, powerful tools that will enable to feel calm, confident and in control as you welcome your beautiful baby into the world. Reserve your place now with ONLY a £50 Deposit. Preparing your body ~ Active birth positions and preventing tears. Preparing your birthing enviroment ~ The Birthing Hormones - Let the battle commence! Preparing to cope with a change of plan ~ Confident decision making and Knowing your birth choices. Preparing your birth partner ~ How to help at every stage, including relaxing massage techniques. AND SO MUCH MORE !!! ( It's so much more than breathing). This course is suitable for ALL births including physiological births, assisted births (induction, forceps, epidurals) and calm caesareans. This sessions is enjoyable and easy to digest, theres's no hippy chanting, I promise! ALSO INCLUDED... Drinks and refreshments. A comprehensive hypnobirthing workbook. Hypnobirthing and pregnancy relaxation MP3s to download. Positive affirmation Cards for birth and parenthood. Access to a private facebook group containing lots of 'how to' videos including feeding, infant sleep, bathing, changing, weaning, infant development. A goodie filled bag with lots of treats.
