Discover the joy of baby massage and Yoga and meet other local mums in a welcoming and supportive class.
The Classes
A special five week course, spending quality time with your new baby in a warm and welcoming environment alongside other new mums.
Led by Aimee, a mummy to two little ones, fully qualified baby massage teacher, NHS health visitor and antenatal hypnobirthing instructor.
Over the five weeks you will become confident in giving your baby a wonderfully relaxing massage from head to toe. Alongside simple massage techniques you will also learn specific strokes to soothe your baby when experiencing symptoms of teething, colic, constipation and blocked noses etc.
During the classes there will be lots of opportunity to enjoy:

Meet and connect with other local like-minded new mums

Enjoy a warm drink and a yummy treat.

Share the highs and lows of Motherhood with lots of support on hand!
