Service Description

A five - week baby yoga course, spending quality time with your baby in a warm and welcoming environment alongside other new mums. Led by Aimee, a mummy to two little ones, fully qualified baby yoga, baby massage teacher, NHS health visitor and antenatal hypnobirthing instructor. Each week you will learn and practice baby yoga moves to support your babies health and development. Each week your baby will also enjoy an over clothes massage, fun lap songs and parachute play. On the final week we will have a special graduation class. During the classes there will be lots of opportunity to enjoy: Quality 1:1 time with your baby Practice relaxation and calm breathing exercises Meet and connect with other local like-minded new mums Enjoy a warm drink and a yummy treat Spend time sharing the highs and lows of parenting with lots of support on hand! The Little extras include: Weekly refreshments. A course certificate. Weekly photo opportunities for you and your baby. Beautiful memories to cherish forever.
