This ticket includes you and one birth partner of your choice to attend an in person group hypnobirthing course over a four week period sessions (2.5 hours each). Over our four weeks together we will leave no stone left unturned when it comes to preparing you and your birth partner for labour and birth. Each week you will learn practical, powerful tools that will enable to feel calm, confident and in control as you welcome your beautiful baby into the world. Reserve your place now with ONLY a £50 Deposit. THIS COURSE IS PERFECT FOR BABIES DUE AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER. The Course Details Preparing your mindset ~ Exploring your Hopes and fears and the mind body connection. Preparing your body ~ Biomechanics for birth, optimal positioning and preventing tears. Preparing your birthing enviroment ~ The Birthing Hormones - Let the battle commence! Preparing to cope with a change of plan ~ Confident decision making and birth choices. Preparing your birth partner ~ How to help at every stage, including massage techniques Preparing to meet your baby ~ Supporting your babies transition from the womb to world. AND SO MUCH MORE !!! ( It's so much more than breathing). This course is suitable for ALL births and will include information on physiological births, assisted births ( induction, forceps, epidurals) and calm caesareans. You will be invited into a whatsapp group with the other course members so that you can all keep in touch in between sessions and beyond! *A special meet up date will also be arranged once all of your little ones have arrived* The sessions are enjoyable and easy to digest, no hippy chanting, I promise!
